  I needed help with my Viking Topaz embroidery unit. The staff went above and beyond my expectations to help me out! I am so grateful for their expertise and assistance. I left my precious machine for a cleaning and tune up, and much to my surprise and delight, I was called within days with the news that it was ready and waiting for me to pick it up! While I was in the shop, I registered for the 2015 Quilt Block of the Month as well as picking up a new hoop and foot for my machine. I live over an hour away from the shop, but I'm now proud to say I'm a customer for life! Quality products, warm and inviting atmosphere, superior service and expert advise, all in one fabulous shop!

  Each and every time I visit the Sew Special shop I am greeted as a friend. They have a great selection of classes, fabrics, quilting notions, patterns, and threads. I have purchased 3 machines there and they have excellent knowledge and training for them. I'm never disappointed. If there is an item you are looking for that isn't sold there, they will try to get it for you.
